Works at Peel House Contractors' project at the Manor House, Crosland Moor are progressing at a good rate with many of the apartments having had kitchens and bathrooms fitted. Decorations are also under way and the original Manor building is around 50% complete. Work is also progressing on a new extension to the site which will be home to 5 new apartments.

Once complete the Manor House project will provide 13 spacious one and two bedroom apartments. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2007 and will be handed over in February 2008.
