Peel House Contractors were commissioned in Summer 2007 to undertake the £800,000 conversion of the Manor House in Crosland Moor, Huddersfield. The project brief was to convert the former social club and public house into 13 spacious, one and two bedroom apartments. This was achieved by the conversion
of the existing building into 8 apartments and the addition of a new extension containing 5 apartments.
Each flat contains electric heating, built in kitchens including worksurfaces, oven, hob, hood, washing machine and fridge, alarms, video door entry systems, modern bathrooms containing 3 piece suites. In addition, allocated parking was provided for each flat.
