This team will meet with the client to agree a Project Delivery Plan and Schedule which will clearly define objectives and responsibilities. A comprehensive production schedule and Project Delivery Process Manual will be drawn up and distributed to all relevant parties, indicating responsibilities and actions. A network of approved suppliers and sub-contractors guarantess work of the highest standards and specification.
